Christine A. Peterson serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, where she leads Peterson Law, LLP’s business operations and strategic initiatives. Working closely with the firm’s Managing Partner and the firm’s attorneys and professional staff, Christine provides operational leadership that supports the firm’s commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience through a client-centered, personalized approach.
With more than 20 years of experience in executive leadership, business operations, business development, and client relations, Christine oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, including human resources, finance administration, technology, facilities, vendor management, compliance, and strategic planning. She is dedicated to developing innovative solutions, streamlining processes, and fostering a collaborative culture that enables the firm’s attorneys and staff to provide responsive, high-quality service tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Prior to joining Peterson Law, Christine held executive leadership roles overseeing business development, client relations, and sales operations. She successfully led high-performing teams while building lasting client relationships and driving organizational growth. These experiences continue to shape her leadership philosophy and her commitment to creating an exceptional client experience.
Christine plays an integral role in shaping the firm’s long-term growth and operational strategy. Through strategic planning, process improvement, and operational excellence, she is committed to ensuring Peterson Law operates with the highest standards of professionalism, efficiency, and client experience.
Christine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and her Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego. Her combination of executive leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to client experience helps drive Peterson Law’s continued growth while reinforcing the firm’s reputation for excellence.
